Our order never arrived, and neither did our order from 7/2. That is almost $300 and a lot of time lost on our end from not having our order come. We are not going to be able to use your company any more, if orders do not get to us, even though we love the product. I might suggest using a bit of a less intimidating label on the outside of the shipping box, as this may be intimidating CA shipping companies. Our state is the pits! Actually, what we have been ordering is safer than bleach, alcohol, and vinegar, and yet if we order these products, they are not labeled with a back diamond and not marked on the outside of the box as corrosive, even though they are far more potentially damaging than this salt product! These are some suggestions. We would like a refund for both orders and sadly cannot order from you any more, unless there can be some promise that our orders will arrive and in a normal time-frame. We appreciate having used your product in the past and wish you all the best!

Fast delivery but wish you wouldn’t require a signature for deliveries. Also wish the delivery service you use would look at the packages and put them this side up as marked so I don’t find a leaking bottle on my door step.
