I know the company doesn’t control everything that happens during shipping but they can control what shipping company they utilize. In what has become standard fashion for FedEx, I only received three of my four items. The fourth item has been out for delivery for almost a week now. Needless to say I will probably be out of my package and the money I paid for it. FedEx in Southeast Georgia has become very unreliable at best. Even though DIY Chemicals completed my order, I would probably order from a company that utilizes a different shipper.

This is the second time we have received this product leaking. Our lab is able to salvage and use the product but it does come in leaking with damaged box and paperwork. This is a safety issue however our lab is trained and can resolve the issue. We do love the product and it works well for our needs!
