Astonishingly, the only solution offered was that I would have to wait for the unknown recipient to return the package before they could send the material back to me. They displayed no concern regarding the potential tampering or replacement of the chemicals within. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment by all means necessary, and I will encourage colleagues and acquaintances to do the same. This encounter with the business has been one of the most deplorable experiences I have encountered as a consumer throughout my extensive 50+ years of purchasing and selling goods.

“JD. A” (Customer) was informed that FedEx mis-delivered their package. Our customer service agent notified “JD A.” of the situation. Funnily enough, the person whom received the package actually called into our office letting us know they could hand it to “JD. A”. We informed “JD. A” of the situation, but they declined and then requested a refund. We also offered to send a replacement order which was also declined. We gave a full refund and filed a claim via FedEx.
